Why temperature profile measurement? For more than 10 years now, we have been involved with temperature measurement in industrial furnaces. These all have static control thermocouples measuring ambient temperatures, so often several of these sensors are available measuring the temperature at a single point in a furnace, however, these are remote from the product. PhoenixTM offers temperature profile measurement systems which gives you a meaningful temperature profile of your products during the furnace run. The systems record the actual temperatures under realistic production conditions. PhoenixTM provides a complete system: a data logger to record temperatures using thermocouples, a thermal barrier to protect the data logger from the heat of the heat of the furnace and the analysis software ThermalView to quickly interpret, evaluate and report on your process (e.g. according to AMS2750 or CQI9). The system comes with carry case, user manual and other accessories depending upon the system configuration. The PhoenixTM systems are available for a wide variety of heat treatment processes. From coating, such as paint or powder coating systems, to aluminium processing and classic hardening processes. Our ATEX-certified data loggers and the optical systems complete our product range. Visit us, we will find the right solution for monitoring your heat treatment process.

The best solution for every cleaning task – innovative and customer-specific solutions for component cleaning from the Black Forest We are a leading provider of products and services for industrial parts cleaning. Our portfolio covers three areas: cleaning plants, contract cleaning and cleaning chemicals. Thanks to the unique combination of these three areas of expertise, coupled with the development of the energy-saving vapic process and our focus on the entire component manufacturing process chain, we offer a high-quality, tailor-made and individual cleaning solution for every task, whether water-based or solvent-based. This is ensured, among other things, by the innovative vapic technology, which has already received multiple awards from the State of Baden-Württemberg and has been funded by the EU. When designing each system, we place the utmost importance on optimal accessibility for service and maintenance, as well as a service life of over 20 years. Naturally, our vapic quality promise applies at all times. vapic solutions are used in virtually all sectors, primarily in the automotive industry, medical technology, the composites sector, the white goods industry, and in electric and hydrogen mobility. Our family-owned company traces its origins back to 1995. It was then that Reiner Wolf founded a service company specialising in the maintenance of cleaning systems. vapic GmbH developed from these early beginnings. In 2025 and 2026, we acquired the insolvent companies bous and Sporer PCS as part of asset deals. This allowed us to expand our product portfolio in a targeted manner and integrate valuable expertise into the company on a long-term basis. At the same time, this step underlines our clear commitment to Germany as a business location. vapic GmbH is currently managed by the founder’s son, Samuel Wolf, and Jonas Keppler, and employs around 100 staff, including 5 apprentices. With them, we generated a turnover of €14.3 million in 2025. Our main site has been located in Neubulach since 2009 and covers an area of 8,200 square metres. Since 2018, we have also had a production site for individual components in Fülöpjakab, Hungary. Following the asset deal in January 2026, we have expanded to include a new site in the Vogtland region, and we have a further service centre in Cologne. Our contract cleaning services now cover the regions of Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia and south-east Germany. By the way, ‘vapic’ stands for ‘vacuum and pressure industrial cleaner’. We are an attractive employer for the region and a reliable and competent partner for our customers.
